Job summary

A leading social housing contractor is seeking a proactive Call Handler/Administrator for their Welwyn Garden City location. The role involves delivering first contact resolution services, managing customer queries, and maintaining spreadsheets. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in a call centre and knowledge of social housing will be advantageous. This position offers a full-time, temporary opportunity with an hourly rate of £12.21 - £13.00.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office working required.
  • Experience in a call centre environment or telephone-based role.
  • Social housing or estate agent experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent, first contact resolution services across multiple channels.
  • Update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Take inbound calls from residents in relation to repair works.
  • Deal with customer service queries and investigate complaints.
