Job summary

Flourish is seeking an ambitious Account Executive in the UK to drive the complete sales journey from prospecting to closing, while building long-term client relationships.

The role offers £30,000 basic salary plus an uncapped commission structure, with realistic first-year earnings of £50,000–£60,000+ and hybrid working after probation. You will manage opportunities, attend client meetings, and contribute to growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle are required.
• Ability to travel to client meetings as needed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience conducting client meetings and managing a full sales process.
• Target-focused with a strong desire to maximise earnings.

Responsibilities
