Job summary

Flourish, a growing smart technology business in the UK, is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to own the full sales journey from lead generation through to deal closure and to build lasting client relationships.

You will receive direct training and mentoring from the Sales Director, enjoy one-to-one coaching, and have clear progression into Sector Leader or Sales Manager roles, with a hybrid working model after probation and uncapped earnings based on performance.

Qualifications

• Confident and commercially minded with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to travel to client meetings as required.
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Attend client meetings across the region.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and secure new business.
• Develop long-term customer relationships.
• Update and maintain CRM records.
