Job summary

Apprentify is seeking a Sales Executive to own the full sales journey in the smart technology sector, from prospecting to closing and nurturing long-term client relationships. You\'ll work from Longbridge/Rowley Regis with hybrid working after probation, and receive hands-on training from the Sales Director.

The role offers £30,000 base plus uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of £50,000–£60,000+.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle required.
• Hybrid working after probation.
• Ability to travel to client meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close.
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Attending client meetings across the region.
• Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Negotiating and securing new business.
• Developing long term customer relationships.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Updating and maintaining CRM records.
