Job summary

Flourish is seeking a driven Business Development Executive in the smart technology sector to drive growth. Location: Longbridge / Rowley Regis. You will own the full sales journey, from prospecting to closing, with tailored training from the Sales Director.

You'll benefit from a clear path to leadership and an uncapped commission structure, with hybrid working after probation and strong earning potential in year one.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Own vehicle or access to transport is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Attend client meetings across the region.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and secure new business.
• Develop long term customer relationships.
