Responsibilities

• Building and developing relationships with customers.
• Supporting senior Account Managers across key client accounts.
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing customer relationships.
• Managing account activity through phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Learning how to conduct customer reviews and business conversations.
• Supporting proposals, presentations and commercial discussions.
• Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer data.
• Delivering a first-class customer experience.
