Job summary

Flourish is seeking a Sales Executive in the smart technology sector. Based in the Birmingham area, you will own the full sales journey from generating opportunities to closing deals, with hybrid working after probation.

A £30,000 base salary accompanies an uncapped commission structure and realistic first-year earnings of £50,000–£60,000+. You will travel as needed and be supported by direct mentoring from the Sales Director.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a full sales process from lead to close.
• Proven ability to develop and manage client meetings.
• Strong relationship-building skills and negotiation aptitude.
