Job summary

Flourish in Central London is growing its technology sales team and is offering a base salary of £32,000 plus uncapped commission. The role is 4 days per week (1 day remote) and ideal for ambitious individuals looking to start a career in tech sales.

You’ll receive structured training, mentorship and a clear path into Account Management, Business Development and Strategic Enterprise Sales, with the opportunity to complete a fully funded Level 4 Sales Executive qualification alongside your role.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Identifying new business opportunities and generating sales conversations
• Engaging decision-makers via phone, email and LinkedIn
• Supporting customer meetings and commercial discussions
• Learning consultative and solution-based selling techniques
• Working closely with senior sales professionals and leaders
• Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams
• Maintaining CRM records and supporting sales activity across the business
