Mitsubishi Electric – UK is seeking a proactive service support coordinator to help the team meet SLAs by managing quotes, parts and returns, and delivering timely reports. The role involves close collaboration with the Divisional Service Manager and suppliers.

Training will be provided on our products and systems; rail industry experience is preferred but not essential. Flexible working options include home or hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience producing quotations for spare parts and repair work.
• Strong stock/inventory control experience with liaising across factory and customers.
• Familiar with health & safety regulations and COSHH compliance.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships with suppliers and customer representatives.
• Produce quotations for spare parts and repair work following divisional guidance.
• Manage stock and inventory in liaison with factory and rail customers.
• Administer site visits, prepare accurate monthly reports, and complete timesheets in the CLIK system.
• Handle shipping, order processing and returns.
• Operate within the agreed customer SLA framework.
• Assist with workshop workflow planning and highlight repair priorities.
• Manage calibrated tools and ensure safety policies are followed.
