Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Hatfield to support Sales Channels by processing customer purchase orders on SAP GUI and System 43, and ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full.

You'll track deliveries, handle inquiries from customers, VARs and Account Managers, resolve issues quickly, and work with logistics to meet SLAs. The role offers hybrid/home working, 25 days holiday, pension, private medical, dental, and other Mitsubishi benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience processing customer orders in SAP GUI.
• Order tracking and backorder management.
• Clear communication with customers, VARs and Account Managers.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders using SAP; tracking orders and managing backorders.
• Following up deliveries and providing ETA updates.
• Acting as a first point of contact for customers, VARs and Account Managers.
• Handling customer calls, emails and account queries.
• Managing returns, damages, invoice queries and delivery issues.
• Working with logistics teams to resolve queries within SLAs.
