Mitsubishi Electric – UK is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Sales Channels by processing customer purchase orders on the SAP GUI and System 43, ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time. You will follow up orders to confirm delivery in full.

The role requires organised, detail-focused individuals who communicate confidently by phone and email, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with logistics to resolve issues within SLAs. Hybrid working options are available.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders using SAP.
• Tracking orders and managing backorders.
• Following up deliveries and providing ETA updates.
• Acting as a first point of contact for customers, VARs and Account Managers.
• Handling customer calls, emails and account queries.
• Managing returns, damages, invoice queries and delivery issues.
• Working with logistics teams to resolve queries within agreed SLAs.
