Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Smart Interventions Scheduler to join our team on a 12-month temporary basis with potential extension. The role focuses on end-to-end scheduling of smart interventions and ensuring SLAs are met.

You will work within a schedulers team and interact with Customers, Suppliers, Craft Teams and Engineers using SAP, CRM, PM, MRS, PowerOn, Netplan and other IT systems. The ideal candidate has solid PC skills, experience with SAP/PowerOn/Netplan advantageous, strong

Qualifications

Good level PC skills required; SAP, PowerOn and NetPlan knowledge is advantageous.
Strong customer-facing skills with ability to resolve queries and issues.
Ability to work in a pressured environment as part of a focused team.
Ability to cooperate with team members.
H&S awareness.
Letter writing skills.

Responsibilities

Schedule the delivery of smart interventions and administer delivery of SLAs.
Manage end-to-end administrative processes ensuring work is programmed and updated.
Communicate with Customers, Suppliers, Craft Teams and Engineers.
Utilise daily reports to prioritise work.
Work with SAP, CRM, PM, MRS, PowerOn, Netplan and other IT systems.
Provide reports as required.
Build strong relationships across teams.
Safely schedule all direct and contractor field resources.
Exceed SLA targets.
