Luton Bennett in Bedford is seeking a Service Administrator (Coordinator/Scheduler/Planner/Controller) on a 3 Month Contract with a potential to go permanent. The role focuses on planning maintenance, scheduling engineers, and keeping clients informed with timely reports.

The candidate will be the primary contact for customers, require strong organisation, excellent telephone skills, and good IT literacy. Hours are 37.5 per week with one flexible day of home working per week.

Responsibilities

• Planning and rescheduling of maintenance & breakdowns.
• Arrange the engineers call with the customer via telephone/email.
• Preparation of service engineer job packages, checking engineers service reports & logging into the company planning system.
