A community support organization in Barnet is seeking a full-time Skills Coach to join our Supported Internship team. You will play a key role in helping learners with mild to moderate learning disabilities progress towards paid employment. The ideal candidate should have experience in supporting individuals and delivering against targets. Our benefits include 32 days of paid holiday, discounts, and health cash plans. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and self‑motivated full time Skills Coach to join our Supported Internship programme team in Barnet.
As a Skills Coach, your role is central to the delivery of our Mencap Training Academy. You will support learners with SEN to complete all elements of the programme in line with requirements by providing tailored support. The role will be based in the community classroom of our supported internship programme supporting learners with mild to moderate learning disabilities and difficulties.
