Overview

Contractor required to cover long term sick

Experienced welder for required Titanium welding 1.5 to 2mm of complex precision components

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on Titanium components
• Work to fine-limit tolerances
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and technical specifications
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
• Adhere to industry safety standards and company procedures
• Collaborate with team members while also working independently

Requirements

• Experience and proficiency in fine-limit welding with titanium (60 to 80m thou thick or 1.5 to 2mm)
• Strong understanding of welding processes and safety practices
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Working hours

Monday to Fridays 39 hour week (flat rate overtime available)
