So, what will I be doing?

Join a team that helps create the foundation of everything we do. At Yeo Valley, we’re proud of our world-class products and the people who make them. Right now, we’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Skilled Operator to join our Base Supply Team at our Cannington facility.

As a key player in the production process, you’ll be responsible for the accurate preparation and mixing of milk – the critical base of our product line. Your role will involve operating mixing equipment, monitoring quality standards, maintaining hygiene protocols, and ensuring efficient, on-time supply to downstream production.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain milk mixing systems and associated equipment
  • Accurately follow mixing recipes and production schedules
  • Conduct routine quality checks and maintain batch records
  • Collaborate with Production and QA teams to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and general plant support

The shifts follow a 4 on 4 off days working pattern between 0600-18:00 (12 hour shifts).
