About the Role

As a Site Supervisor in Lanarkshire, you will manage the daily operations of substations projects, ensuring that they are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with project specifications. Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Direct and oversee the daily operations at substations, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with project plans and compliance standards.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor comprehensive safety protocols, conduct safety drills and inspections, and ensure all team members adhere to the highest safety standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Project Coordination: Liaise with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and any challenges faced, ensuring effective communication across project teams.
