Job Title: Site Supervisor

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 plus company van and fuel card

Are you an organised site supervisor with experience of working on domestic refurbishment works? Are you looking for your next career step within a well established company that invests in their team?

We are working with a national social housing contractor that have recently secured a long term contract for planned energy efficiency works for social housing properties across Lincolnshire. They are looking for a site supervisor to keep things running smoothly and ensure that every property is completed with the same care and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Play an important role in maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
  • Ensure work is completed to the highest quality and left completed and clean
  • Supervise day to day tasks, providing support to the site manager
  • Maintain a positive relationship with residents and stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Hold a SSSTS and relevant CSCS card
  • NVQ level 3 qualified in a trade or construction management
  • Have residential refurbishment experience, ideally within social housing
  • Have a full clean driver's licence and are willing to travel across Lincolnshire
