Jungheinrich UK Limited is seeking a Site Supervisor for our customer service engineering team in Ellesmere Port. You will oversee site performance, coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs for materials handling equipment, and build strong customer relationships to meet contractual obligations.

The successful candidate will be mechanically and electrically biased with a clean driving licence, good education, and proven ability to work unsupervised in a customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• We are looking for mechanically and electrical biased engineers from maintenance/service backgrounds.
• Clean driving license and a good level of education.
• They will have customer-facing experience and be able to work unsupervised.
• Strong time management, problem solving and adaptability are essential.
• Business acumen, customer orientation, and decisive negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Preventative maintenance of materials handling and ancillary equipment.
• Repair of materials handling and ancillary equipment.
• Accurately complete service reports and time sheets.
• Manage and control parts stock.
• Build customer relationships and meet contractual obligations.
• Contribute to customer review meetings.
• Develop and motivate team using site audit tool for improvement.
• Coordinate with after sales to provide accurate repair times.
• Identify and follow up chargeable work, completed timely.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are met.
• Identify sales leads for Jungheinrich equipment and After Sales.
• Act as a Company Ambassador at all times.
• In addition to listed duties, may perform other tasks including call outs and out-of-hours work.
