Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day management and coordination of structural steelwork installation activities.
• Coordinate site operatives, subcontractors and other trades for efficient completion.
• Monitor progress against programmes and address delays with corrective actions.
• Ensure site activities meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with project teams to support timely delivery.
• Oversee health, safety and compliance on site and promote safe working practices.
