Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Site Manager for structural steelwork in Leeds. You will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, balancing safety, programme and quality to keep projects on track.

You will lead erection works, coordinate operatives and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with current legislation. A CSCS card and proven steelwork experience are essential.

The role offers a full-time, 48-hour week with a competitive package and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in structural steelwork erection, including lining and levelling.
• Proven health and safety experience.
• Ability to manage site activities and coordinate teams on site.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily site activities, coordinating operatives and subcontractors to progress erection works.
• Oversee structural steelwork installation, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Drive site safety and ensure compliance with current legislation and procedures.
• Track progress against the programme and address delays proactively.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams to maintain clear communication.
