Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Site Manager with hands-on experience in structural steelwork erection to lead day-to-day site delivery.

You will coordinate site operatives and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality and timely progress, and maintain strong client and project team relationships. The role emphasizes practical leadership, adherence to health and safety requirements, and efficient problem solving on busy sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in structural steelwork erection and site delivery.
• Strong health and safety understanding and compliance on site.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
• Site management qualification such as SMSTS is preferred.
• CSCS card and good communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Take daily responsibility for management and coordination of structural steelwork installation activities.
• Coordinate site operatives, subcontractors and other trades to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor progress against programmes and address delays with corrective action.
• Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with project teams for smooth delivery.
• Oversee subcontractor activities and liaise with clients to keep plans aligned.
