Novax Recruitment in London is seeking a Senior Structural Project Manager to lead major structural steel installation programs, overseeing planning, site delivery, budgets and client relations. You will coordinate documentation, health and safety compliance, and handover processes while guiding multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on time and to specification.

A strong background in steel erection and proficiency with planning software

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' PM experience in structural steel, erection or heavy construction.
• Strong knowledge of steel construction methods and site operations.
• Ability to interpret structural and fabrication drawings.
• Experience using project planning tools (Asta/Primavera).

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and oversee structural steel installation projects from mobilisation to completion.
• Develop and manage project programmes, lookahead plans and milestones.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors and resources across site and workshop.
• Lead constructability reviews and ensure practical delivery.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, RFIs and change orders.
