Job Description: Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of Social Housing retrofit projects in the Warwick/Leamington Spa area. You'll play a critical role in improving homes and communities, leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently.

Description

Plan and manage daily site operations for retrofit schemes. Supervise site teams and subcontractors. Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all stages. Monitor quality, progress, and maintain site documentation. Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders. Lead site inductions and manage training needs. Produce and present reports for project meetings.

Profile / Qualifications

• Proven experience in retrofit projects
• Background in social housing refurbishments
• SMSTS certified
• Strong leadership & site management skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach

Job Offer

£50,000-£55,000 base salary

£4,500 car allowance

Up to 10% annual bonus
