A leading engineering contractor in the UK is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee rail and civil engineering maintenance projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with contract terms and health standards, manage day-to-day operations, and monitor project progress. Required qualifications include a degree in civil engineering, SMSTS, and PTS certifications. This role offers competitive pay, a contributory pension scheme, and a supportive work environment.

Workstreams are across various markets including rail highways environmental canals and rivers aviation power electrical vehicle infrastructure and mechanical & electrical engineering.
As Site Manager you will be directly responsible for the daily management of rail civils asset management maintenance & renewals works within the regional portfolio of work. Primarily dedicated to delivering small works within the drainage and off-track portfolio such as level crossing fencing and also civils asset management / building asset management works as required.
To excel in this role you will have previous experience as a Sub Agent or Site Manager in a rail and civil engineering maintenance environment.
