Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37 hrs per week (hours to be agreed). All year round.

We are seeking to appoint a Site Manager who will join us and be instrumental in moving the school forward.
We are looking for a very organised individual to work closely with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and Business Manager to be responsible for the security and maintenance of the school.
The successful candidate will be a positive outlook, be reliable, have practical, hands‑on skills, flexible in attitude and able to cope with the varied nature of the role.
The successful candidate will also need to be resilient, hard‑working and flexible alongside the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across a rapidly improving school. The ability to work as part of a team is important. We also hope the candidate will be enthusiastic and caring.
We offer full support and an induction programme for all new staff, and a commitment to continued professional development.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
