About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of new home developments across the East of Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-quality residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring homes are built safely, on time, and to exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on residential construction sites.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor budgets, resources, and project schedules effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout each development.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver excellent results.
  • Identify and resolve site issues proactively to avoid delays.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in housebuilding or residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and health & safety practices.
