Site Manager – Brentwood Essex

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager (SMSTS qualified) to lead the delivery of live secure commercial build projects in Brentwood. This role is ideal for a Site Manager with a proven background in commercial construction and experience working within secure, custodial, or similarly complex environments, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and trades across commercial build disciplines, including groundworks, structural works, envelope, internal packages, M&E, HVAC, and finishes.
  • Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings, ensuring strict compliance with MoJ security and access protocols.
  • Review, implement, and enforce RAMS, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and MoJ standards.
  • Work closely with project managers, client representatives, consultants, and custodial staff to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily site diaries, progress reports, and quality records.
  • Manage site logistics, deliveries, and waste removal within restricted-access and secure environments.
  • Drive high standards of quality, health & safety, and security throughout all phases of the build.
