A leading office refurbishment company in Northern Ireland is seeking a Site Foreperson to manage multiple office refurbishment projects. The role requires at least 2 years of site management experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring project specifications are met, and managing site safety. The position offers a pension fund and a company vehicle.
Office Interior Solutions specialise in office refurbishments, fit-out and office furniture. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the team in the role of Site Foreperson.
Managing sites for small and medium sized office furniture projects, office fit-outs and refurbishment projects throughout UK and Ireland. Working on several projects at the same time, you will co-ordinate subcontractors and own staff to ensure a timely completion of the programme set out for each project.
You will be aware of the cost implications to help ensure each project is brought in on budget. You will check that all works are being carried out in accordance with the drawings and specification, whilst monitoring the quality of materials used and workmanship on each project.
