Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Foreman to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates with a joinery background and strong site management experience to oversee the delivery of high-quality projects in the hotel, residential, and office fit-out sectors, coordinating the team and subcontractors on site to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Site Operations: Supervise day-to-day activities on live sites, ensuring projects are completed to high standards, on time, and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and safely. Lead, motivate, and coordinate foremen and site personnel.
• Project Delivery: Manage projects ranging from £100k to £2 million in value, including scheduling, resource planning, and site logistics.
• Client Facing: Maintain positive client relationships, attend site meetings, and ensure client requirements are met.

Health & Safety Compliance

Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to and that the site meets relevant safety standards.
