Qualifications

• Possesses a comprehensive range of chemical plant knowledge and management experience.
• Strong multi-discipline background with experience on a top tier CoMAH site.
• Experience managing people, assets, and utilities within health & safety legislative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture.
• Manage Engineering team for maintenance of all plant and equipment.
• Facilitate planning of shutdown work.
• Champion engineering CI projects.
• Track progress and communicate updates on engineering projects.

Skills

Strong business management skills

Budgeting control experience

Excellent communicator both written and verbal

Project management experience including CDM regulations

Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
