Randstad Construction and Property seeks a Site Engineer for a major highways and infrastructure project in Norfolk. You will support ECI and detailed design, setting out with GPS and managing on-site survey work while coordinating with the Agent.

Lead on-site safety, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality with ITPs and RAMS reviews; night-shift carriageway work may be required, reporting to the Agent.

Formación

• Experience as Site Engineer on UK civil/highways/infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in GPS setting out and GI/topo surveys.
• Strong capability to supervise subcontractors and on-site teams.
• Valid CSCS Card, SSSTS/SMSTS, and First Aid at Work.
• Willingness to work night shifts for carriageway works.

Responsabilidades

• Set out and survey points using GPS; manage site survey packages (topography, GI, pavement, drainage).
• Front-line supervision of on-site works and subcontractors; coordinate with commercial/QS teams.
• Issue and manage Permits to Dig; perform pre-construction equipment checks; lead site safety and RAMS reviews.
• Maintain daily site diaries, track non-conformances, and manage RAMS via app-based tools.
• Oversee landowner surveys and traffic management, including occasional night shifts.
