Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Sub Agent or Senior Site Engineer to lead a key section of a major highways infrastructure project in Norfolk. You will supervise site teams, manage temporary works, and deliver detailed execution plans for successful handover.

The role offers permanent, full-time employment with competitive pay and ongoing training within a Tier 1 contractor environment, with exposure to national highways projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering.
• Active CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
• Experience with temporary works, lookahead programming and subcontractor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and mentor site engineering teams for daily execution.
• Oversee temporary works design briefs, inspect designs, and handle TQs.
• Develop lookahead programmes, track section progress and create detailed execution plans.
• Generate Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), manage material approvals, and maintain site records.
