Job summary

Randstad CPE is assisting a Tier 1 contractor on a major highways project in Norfolk. The Sub Agent/Senior Site Engineer will oversee planning, site management, and technical execution of a key road improvement section.

You will manage site teams, inspect temporary works, handle TQs, and maintain robust lookahead programs and execution plans. You will develop ITPs, manage material approvals, and maintain site records, enabling smooth project delivery from handover to commissioning.

Qualifications

• Hold a Degree or HND in Civil Engineering with relevant vocational training.
• Active CSCS Card and SMSTS certification are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, site management and execution of a highway infrastructure section.
• Generate ITPs, inspect designs and manage TQs.
• Develop lookahead programs and monitor section progress.
