Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property seeks a Sub Agent/Senior Site Engineer to supervise the execution of a major highways infrastructure package in Norfolk. You will lead site teams, manage temporary works, and ensure technical queries are resolved while maintaining robust lookahead programs.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree or HND, active CSCS and SMSTS, and a track record of managing subcontractors on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering required.
• Active CSCS Card and SMSTS certification essential.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction methods and contract administration.
• Proven capability in temporary works, lookahead programming and supervising subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and mentor site engineering teams to enable efficient daily execution.
• Oversee temporary works design briefs, inspect designs, and handle technical queries (TQs).
• Develop lookahead programs, track section progress, and create detailed execution plans.
