MCR Property Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to drive the commercial and financial delivery of a Bedford-based project. You will own cost reporting, forecasting, and procurement across pre- and post-contract stages while coordinating with project managers and the board.

You will be site-based, with regular valuations and project reviews, and bring a strong understanding of subcontract procurement, budgeting, and value engineering to help deliver high-quality residential and industrial

Formación

Minimum of three years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor across a range of project types and values.
Experience within a developer, main contractor, or subcontractor environment.
Proven ability to prepare cost plans and estimates, measurement for bills of quantities, tendering and procurement, value engineering, tender reporting, interim valuations and final accounts.

Responsabilidades

Own monthly cost reporting and financial forecasting.
Manage contract and subcontract packages and variations.
Support commercial strategy and financial control of projects across the portfolio.
Site-based valuations and project reviews dependent on project location and experience.
