MCR Property Group is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a flagship residential development in Bedford. The role focuses on delivering financial and commercial objectives from inception to final account, with responsibilities across cost reporting, forecasting, and subcontract management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor across a range of project types and values.
• Experience in a developer, main contractor, or subcontractor environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of subcontract procurement processes and cost management.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of monthly cost reporting and financial forecasting.
• Manage contracts and subcontract packages, variations, interim valuations, and final accounts.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other Quantity Surveyors to drive commercial strategy and financial control.
• Site-based role with regular valuations and project reviews.
