Job description
Overview

We have an opportunity for experienced senior nurses to join our Adult Community Team, based out of Fair Havens hospice, located near beautiful Priory Park. This service runs across 7 days, and there is a requirement for some bank holidays, evening, and weekend working. At present, this role does not involve any night working; however, candidates should be aware that there may be a requirement for this at some time in the future. Candidates would need to hold a UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

Responsibilities

We have 2 full time (3 x 12.5 shifts per week) roles available., You will support and manage our community team members during a shift to enable patients care needs are met, being responsible for assessing the needs of patients, implementing and evaluating the care plans provided. At Havens Hospices, we care for children, young people and adults with complex or incurable conditions. Our specialist Care Teams can support them and their family living throughout illness, death and bereavement in the comfort of their own home and through our hospice services, Fair Havens and Little Havens. Working at Havens Hospices allows you to give the gift of time to patients and families, creating memories. Although you may not be giving direct care to our patients, your contribution will have an immediate effect on our care services.
