Job description
Ward 401 Nursing Leadership

Ward 401 is a care of the elderly ward that focuses on delivering a high standard of patient care while encouraging patient independence to enable discharge home or a suitable alternative when home is no longer safe or appropriate.

Applicants will need to be compassionate, dynamic, reliable and flexible with an ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills and post registration experience in an acute hospital setting. Applicants will have excellent clinical skills, knowledge and communication skills with exemplary standards of care and will act as a role model for the team, motivating and inspiring others to be the best they can be.

Applicants will need to be able to work Days and Nights both during the week and on weekends and will support the Senior Sister with the ongoing development of Ward 401, striving towards continued excellence of care for acutely unwell older people.
