A large NHS organization in the UK seeks a proactive and influential clinical leader for its Cancer Assessment Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care, leading a team of nurses, and ensuring high standards of service. We are seeking a proactive and influential clinical leader to take responsibility for the effective day‑to‑day organisation and delivery of patient care in our busy Cancer Assessment Unit and Cancer Telephone Triage Hotline service. You will provide the highest standard of holistic patient care in conjunction with the inter‑professional team, acting as a professional role model & clinical teacher.
You will be an experienced oncology nurse with current UK professional registration (NMC) and a wide range of managerial skills. Educated to degree level you will have evidence of continued professional development &a passion for the patient experience. We are seeking someone who can demonstrate the ability to lead a team effectively, uphold our “WeCare” values, and contribute to our ambition for excellence.
