Overview

Renal Nurse - Band 5 - Fixed Term. Under the supervision of Sister/Charge Nurse is accountable for the total provision, organisation and direction of the nursing care for the patient in his/her care. Assesses, plans and implements specialised packages of nursing care to patients as the named nurse.

St George's, Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals and Health Group cares for a population of four million people in South West London and North East Surrey.
