Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing a friendly, professional first impression.
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and helping them find suitable tile solutions.
• Answering telephone calls and responding to customer emails. Supporting the processing of online orders and customer enquiries.
• Learning about our product ranges, stock availability and promotional offers.
• Assisting with order preparation and liaising with the warehouse team.
• Supporting delivery scheduling for local and national customer deliveries.
• Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Helping to resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintaining showroom displays and ensuring products are presented attractively.
• Using business systems and technology to support customer service activities.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across all departments.
• Following company policies relating to health and safety, data protection and customer service.
