Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• GCSEs in Maths and English preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Previous customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries professionally.
• Responding to customer invoice queries.
• Responding to customer emails and requests.
• Processing customer orders and amendments accurately.
• Supporting customers with product, pricing and delivery enquiries.
• Updating customer information on CRM system.
• Assisting with customer service cases and complaint handling.
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
• Greeting visitors and supporting reception duties.
• Responding to online customer reviews.
• Supporting administrative tasks across the department.
