Job summary

Vertu SEAT Darlington invites applications for a Customer Service Apprentice. You will join our team and complete a 15-month Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by an external provider, supported by our Internal Talent Team.

You’ll gain hands-on experience and work towards a nationally recognised qualification in customer service and the automotive industry. You’ll learn to welcome customers, explain servicing steps, keep customers updated, and develop strong communication and IT

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; attitude and willingness to learn are key.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills desired.
• Ability to work as part of a team and be reliable.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and being the first point of contact.
• Explain servicing/repair processes clearly to customers.
• Keep customers updated on progress and handle follow-ups.
• Handle payments and paperwork accurately.
• Support the Service team to ensure a great customer experience.
