A luxury interior design company based in SW London is seeking a Studio Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Head of Interiors and Creative Director. The ideal candidate should have experience in a creative setting, be bright and willing, and possess good grammar skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • General support to the Head of Interiors and Creative Director.
  • Diary management and meetings/appointments for the Head of Interiors.
  • Working across the studio with admin and correspondence.
  • Preparing documents and response planning.
  • Attending weekly progress meetings and chasing for information from designers.
  • Collating all designers' timesheets and checking against fee proposals.
  • Induction for new starters and IT management.
  • Tracking leave for the studio staff.
  • Raising financial correspondence and tracking invoices.
  • Liaison and information gathering for suppliers.
  • General communication with UNW & UHNW clients.
  • Meeting and greeting clients.

A very high-profile and iconic luxury interior design company based in SW London are looking for an upbeat, agile and positive Studio Coordinator to join the friendly and inclusive team. You would be the cog that keeps the wheels turning, a very varied, busy and important role for them.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an interior design business or another creative studio.
