Responsibilities

• First point of contact for worker queries and issues.
• Coaching and mentoring the workforce on processes.
• Drive engagement on the shopfloor and improve productivity.
• Identify retraining needs and coordinate delivery.
• Ensure health & safety standards are adhered to at all times.
• Conduct accident investigations and return-to-work interviews.
• Attend and deliver daily shift briefs and manage absence and performance.
• Process holiday/leaver forms and conduct exit interviews.
• Oversee new starter management and input worker hours into payroll.
• Handle inquiries and maintain good planning and organisation.
• Ensure compliance across all areas and maintain high standards.
• Show ambition and determination to succeed.
