Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is recruiting an Account Coordinator to support the successful operational delivery for a key customer. You will work closely with the customer, operational teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day‑to‑day activity, consistent service levels and quick issue resolution.

The role requires strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment, with a focus on building positive customer relationships and shopfloor

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating operational activities and customer relationships.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and the customer.
• Proactive mindset with good problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for worker queries/issues.
• Coach and mentor workforce.
• Drive engagement on the shopfloor.
• Identify and deliver retraining where needed.
• Ensure H&S standards are adhered to at all times.
• Conduct accident investigations.
• Complete Return to Work interviews.
• Attend and deliver daily shift briefs.
• Manage worker bookings daily in line with client requirements.
• Ensure worker hours are recorded in payroll system.
• Manage absence, attendance and performance.
