Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a coordination, recruitment, or site support role within a high-volume staffing or logistics environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues effectively.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing worker bookings on a daily basis in line with client requirements and parameters.
• Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the payroll system accurately.
• Temporaries management: daily check-ins, absence, return-to-work interviews, attendance & performance, disciplinaries.
• Handling colleague queries and maintaining clear lines of communication.
• Demonstrating strong planning and organisational skills.
• Ensuring compliance across all areas.
