The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment. You will build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, delivering reliable operational support.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a coordination, recruitment, or site support role within a high-volume staffing or logistics environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues effectively.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage worker bookings daily in line with client requirements.
• Ensure worker hours are recorded accurately in payroll system.
• Oversee temporaries management: daily check-ins, attendance, returns to work, disciplinaries.
• Respond to colleagues queries in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate good planning and organisational skills.
• Ensure compliance across processes and policies.
• Show ambition and determination to succeed.
