Jobandtalent is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the successful delivery and growth of one of our key Global Clients. You will manage worker bookings, track hours, and oversee attendance, compliance, and payroll processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving approach. You will collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and customer success, contributing to overall growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a coordination, recruitment, or site support role within a high-volume staffing or logistics environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues effectively.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Managing worker bookings on a daily basis in line with client requirements.
• Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the payroll system accurately.
• Temporaries management: daily check-ins, managing absence, return-to-work interviews, attendance & performance, disciplinaries.
• Dealing with colleagues queries.
• Good planning and organisation skills.
• Ensuring compliance in all areas.
